Built for the Bear Foot Farm in Woodstock, This 200 year old barn frame was rescued from demolition in Concord, NH and instead carefully taken apart, labeled, and transported to its new home. The framework was carefully repaired and refitted using new Oak pegs in the original joints. The owners chose to use new materials of the highest quality to rebuild the stalls and the exterior, with the hope that this piece of history can be admired by yet future generations.

This custom kitchen put the finishing touches on a beautiful restoration cape on Quincy Road. The owners settled for nothing less than heart cherry with inset doors. Integrated nicknack end shelves were built as well as arched raised panel valences over the range and basin window. A custom cherry laundry center was also constructed to match and conceal the appliances. A natural Birch floor contrasted the red glow of the cabinetry and the stainless steel of the appliances. The result is the beutiful form of custom cabinetry matched with the practicality of plenty of usable storage and counter space.

A vacation home built on a very small lot, this quality home sits overlooking the Squam River. Docks out the back give the owners immediate access to both Squam Lakes. Drafted in-house using the owner's concepts, this dormered cape and attached garage took full advantage of the available lot space - with 4 spacious bedrooms, two baths, and an open concept living/dining area with plenty of glass. Bamboo floors, radiant heating, a gas fireplace, and a second floor balcony facing the water are just some of the features of this comfortable home.

Built for an expanding family, this dormered cape maximized the footage on the second floor and included an apartment over the garage. Computer drafted in-house using the owners sketches on graph paper, this home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, main floor office and laundry, open concept kithen/living, dining area, rear screened porch, and full walkout basement/garage. Two closets complement the master bedroom, one of them bigger than a standard size bedroom!

Constructed feet away from a beautiful secluded lake, an existing seasonal camp was demolished to make room for this new year-round vacation cabin. All of the upstairs bedroom windows look over the water. Pine was the material of choice for both inside and out, giving it a true rustic feel. A walkout access door to the basement makes carrying the canoes in after a day on the water an easy task. A Fir Post and Beam Porch is a great place for a drink on cool evenings, and in winter to store firewood for the stove set on an antique brick hearth.

Green Standing Seam roofing and Red Cedar shingles and trim makes it almost invisible from the water in summer. On the inside, Oak trim and doors, quality tile and maple floors, a beautiful custom kitchen, stone fireplace, jacuzzi, hot tub, and other appointments make it a great place to entertain guests - or just play with the grandkids.
